Skin Remodeling can be used to tighten loose skin. Skin is tightened as older skin is removed and new elastin and collagen fibers pull the rebuilt skin together. Think of young skin as the surface of of a balloon; push it in or pull it out and it quickly pull back into a smooth surface.

1. Hydroxy acids and strong SRCPs slowly tighten skin.

This is a slow process, taking several months, and the hydroxy acids may produce a mild irritation if overused. Some of our clients, after losing large amounts of weight, have used this procedure to avoided the need for the surgical removal of excess skin. For this purpose, TriReduction P&R with Retinol is used in the morning and Exfol Cream at night.

2. If this does not work fast enough, you might use a stronger hydroxy acid such as a 15% to 30% glycolic acid.

3. Some clients apply the copper peptide creams and hydroxy acids, at about 4 to 6 hour intervals. The Trireduction cream is used twice daily and the hydroxy acid twice daily.

4. A mild breast lift can also be achieved by this method. For this purpose, the best products are the P&R Breast cream and a 15% to 30% glycolic acid. This is not as dramatic as a surgical lift but some women have been happy enough with the results to avoid surgery.

5. A more extensive tightening can be attained by laser resurfacing or deep peels followed CP Serum and Emu Oil to aid the healing process.

6. Eventually most clients work up to using stronger copper peptide products such as Super Cop Cream and Super CP Serum.
