1. "Bumpy" skin is a mixture of skin lesions and old scars. You need a strong skin remodeling system 
2. A strong copper peptide product and a reasonably strong hydroxy acid is needed for exfoliation. 
Super Cop, and Super CP Serum are the strongest copper peptides. 
3. Sometimes microdermabrasion or enzyme peels help.
4. Needling (subcision) is sometimes used to break up old, lumpy scars. 

For use,
1. In the morning after cleansing, apply Super Cop, or Super CP Serum. Start them lightly, then increase with time. 
2. At night use an exfoliation system to loosen up the "bumps". This could be Exfol Serum, Exfol Cream, LacSal Cream, LacSal Serum, or a stronger hydroxy acid, microdermabrasion, a physical "rubbing agent", or an enzyme peel.
