1. In the morning, apply a light amount of Super GHK-Copper Serum, CP Serum or Super CP Serum. Use very lightly. Start with Super GHK-Copper if you have sensitive skin.

2. At night, apply a 2% hydrdoxy acid such as Exfol Serum or 10% LacSal Serum. You can apply these exfoliating serums with cotton balls, small cloth pads, or your fingers. Other products such as 2% salicylic pads available in drug stores may work well. Dermatologists state that salicylic acid penetrates deeply into pores and both kills acne-causing bacteria and helps open pores.

3. You can use both together, but hydroxy acids work best if kept at a low pH and mixing with other products can raise the pH level.

4. Some people also use benzoyl peroxide in the evening after the hydroxy acid.

5. SRCPs (Skin Remodeling Copper-Peptides) seem to reduce the irritation caused by other anti-acne products and allow for their more effective use.

6. Some clients say the CP Serum reduces excessive skin oil. You may want to try our new product: Sebum Be Gone for additional help in this regard.
