To Order Products by Mailing a Check or Money Order or Credit Card Information

1. Create your product order form.

2. Order the products you want by using the Click-to-Order in the Bank of America shopping cart.

3. When finished, proceed to checkout system. Enter your shipping name and address.

4. Proceed to the next step. The next page will review your order and give the total cost including shipping.

5.1 Print this page. Do not enter the credit card information.

5.1 If you want to use your credit card, then input your credit card information, then print the page.

6. Send the printed order form and your check (make it payable to Skin Biology) to:
