  All products shipped within the United States are sent USPS Priority Mail.  Canadian orders are sent FedEx Ground and all other international orders are sent Global Express.  Shipping prices are based on price. An example of shipping prices can be seen below.

When using this system, all of your credit card information is only used within the Cybersource system. Authorization is by computer and no card information is transmitted to Skin Biology.

2. You can also call Skin Biology toll-free at 1-800-405-1912 to place an order direct with either Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. The best telephone service is when you call 800-405-1912 between 10 am and 4 pm Pacific time from Monday through Friday. From outside the US or Canada dial 1-425-644-0160.

    There is 24 hours - 7 days answering and order taking on the 800-405-1912 number, but nighttime and weekend operators can only take orders and cannot answer questions.

5. Skin Biology never discloses, rents, or shares any customer information whatsoever. Packages are sent discretely with no visible reference to their contents except for legally required customs information on export shipments.

7. We answer all email - but please be careful to give us your correct email address. Incorrect email addresses are the reason that some mail is not answered. Normally we try to answer within 2 to 3 days. If your message is not answered, please re-send the email. Viruses can block messages and spam filters also block our replies at at times - for example, the word "pheromone" is often blocked.

7. In the USA, our standard mail is USPS Priority Mail  with a Delivery Confirmation Receipt and should be received within 8 to 20 days. Clients using USPS Express Mail should receive their express mail orders within 6 to 8 days. Clients in the USA should contact Skin Biology if your package does not arrive within 21 days.

8. Ownership of the Product/Order passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (Post Office or Shipping Company) and risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of your Product/Order to the carrier. We have no control over the shipper/carrier.

9. International Orders and Responsibility for Customs Charges. International orders (outside the USA) are sent Global Express Mail (as of May 21, 2004). This requires special wrapping and we must send someone to the post office to mail all each packages. We do not give refunds on returned packages when the cause was a refusal to pay the Customs fees.

Orders from countries where packages cannot be sent by Global Express Mail are handled on a case by case basis.

Check with your Post Office or Customs Office and also contact Skin Biology if your package does not arrive in six weeks. Most delays are from your local postal service or customs inspections.

Duties and taxes on International orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. Should you decide to not accept the package for any reason, declining delivery from the carrier, or declining to pay customs fees, duties, or taxes, you are still the owner of the package. We do not process refunds for such returned items. Gift orders may also be assessed duty, depending on the country.
