Strong Second Generation
Copper-Peptide Skin Remodeling Serum!
CP Serum was invented by Dr. Loren Pickart and based on his 2nd Generation of Copper-Peptides. Dr. Pickart has invented more clinically-proven products for skin and hair regeneration than any other scientist or physician in history. His first generation of copper-peptides for regeneration have produced the Iamin® products for wound healing, the Graftcyte® products for hair transplantation, the Complex Cu-3® products for skin recovery after laser-resurfacing, chemical peels, and dermabrasion, the Tricomin products for hair regrowth, as well as Blue Copper®, Neova Night Therapy Cream®, Neova Body Therapy Cream®, Neova Cuticle Therapy®, Neutrogena Visibly Firm Night Cream®, and Neutrogena Visibly Firm Eye Cream®. His products for cosmetic skin renewal are licensed and sold around the world by companies such as AdviCare, Amuchina (Europe), Bard Medical, Johnson & Johnson, Schering AG, Neutrogena, Osmotics, ProCyte, Sigmacon Medical Products (Canada) and Tanox Biosystems (Asia) (See details below). Studies at over 30 leading Universities and Medical Research Institutes by leading dermatologists and scientists have established the effectiveness of the Copper-Peptides Tissue Regeneration Technologies invented by Dr. Pickart. For more information on this and his new, improved Copper-Peptides for regeneration, visit Copper Peptide Regeneration. Copper-Peptide for Skin Remodeling and Renewal Copper-Peptides are used clinically for wound healing, increased skin healing after laser resurfacing and chemical peels, and for improving the success of hair transplantation. They help stimulate the skin's remodeling and regenerative processes which repair the skin's protective outer barrier, increase new capillary formation (angiogenesis), increase the production of collagen and elastin which improve skin elasticity and firmness, and increase the water-holding proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) which hold moisture in the skin and are the only "true" moisturizers of skin. They also activate the skin's system (called metalloproteinases) which removes damaged proteins such as in scars and sun damage marks. Copper-Peptides also improve the skin's anti-oxidant defenses by activating superoxide dismutase (SOD), a protein which de-toxifies free radicals and that is the body's primary anti-oxidant defense. Normally SOD lacks enough copper to be active and Copper-Peptides, by supplying nutritional copper to SOD, increase the activity of SOD. When Copper-Peptides are applied to the skin, only very small amounts of the Copper-Peptides penetrate into the skin. Copper-Peptides have passed numerous safety tests. Scientific studies of Copper-Peptides have found that the amount of copper taken into the body from such Copper-Peptide creams is insignificant and does not raise total blood copper levels. However, the microscopic amount of Copper-Peptides that do enter the skin's upper layer is sufficient to help stimulate skin regeneration. Comparing Effective "At-Home" Skin Renewal Methods There
are a number of effective skin renewal methods that you can use in your
home. More vigorous skin regeneration methods such as laser resurfacing,
dermabrasion, and deep chemical peels require treatment in an medical clinic.

Kinerase™ and Kinetin™ are based on a plant chemical called Furfuryladenine. In
one clinically published study, such creams have been shown to improve
skin texture, reduce blotchiness, and reduce fine wrinkles while being
non irritating. However, their effects are not as fast or effective as
Copper-Peptide creams.

CP
Serum is compatible when used with alpha hydroxy acids and Retin-A. CP
Serum should not be used at the same time as Vitamin C creams since the
Copper-Peptide inactivates the Vitamin C.
CP Serum Ingredients:
Purified water, hydroxyethylcellulose, copper-peptides (hydrolyzed soy protein plus copper chloride), allantoin, polysorbate-20, diazolinydinyl urea, methylparaben, propylparaben, tocophersolan, 2-bromo-2-nitropane-1,3-diol.
How to Use: Renewing Your Skin and Improving Skin Color
1. Apply a small amount of the CP Serum once or twice daily. Start gradually then increase the amount applied.
If your skin is very sensitive or already irritated, start with a very light amount of CP Serum every other day for a week. This will allow your skin to rebuild its natural skin barrier. Sometimes people with very sensitive skin may have their skin already in a state of sub-clinical inflammation after the use of many different skin-damaging toners, astringents, cleansers and moisturizers. Then after the initial week, use more CP Serum. This approach has worked well for many persons with very sensitive skin who have a tendency to have skin reactions. Do not use within 12 hours of using a Vitamin C product on your skin.
| Certain types of Copper-Peptide
complexes have a broad range of tissue regenerative and remodeling actions.
The only types of Copper-Peptides complexes that have been found to have
these actions are those invented by Dr. Pickart when at ProCyte Corporation
(now licensed by several companies) and Pickart’s newer inventions from
Skin Biology. At Skin Biology, we have tested over 100 promising copper-complexes
before finding the exceptional regenerative actions of a fraction of soy protein peptides. The new breakdown-resistant Copper-Peptides from Skin Biology give a longer acting effect and much stronger skin regeneration. Because of their exceptional stability, they can be used with hydroxy acids for skin renewal. Not all Copper-Peptides and copper-complexes have these actions. A number of companies sell copper complexes claimed to help skin but there is no credible scientific evidence (such as peer-reviewed publications in dermatology journals) confirming that these complexes help effective skin regeneration. We have tested many of these products and found only marginal activity at best. Most had no activity and some actually inhibited skin renewal. Some are made with yeast and bacteria peptides that may cause allergic reactions. |
A line of products is sold on Value Vision on television called Trace Elements. They have been using copyrighted material from our websites without our permission and we do not endorse their products. They say that their colorless copper is superior to copper products that are blue or green. They also say that the blue or green copper products are bad for your skin. However, this is exactly opposite to numerous studies on the use of Copper-Peptides for skin repair and renewal.
Colorless copper is copper ion (+1) and has never been found to have significant skin renewal effects. Copper products that are blue or green are based on copper ion (+2) which is blue in water and produces products that are either blue or green depending how they are mixed with other ingredients.
The only copper form that the FDA allows for clinical use on wounds and skin transplants is the blue form of copper. All the numerous studies from Universities around the world that found positive effects on skin repair and tissue regeneration used the blue form of copper. The natural activator of skin repair in the human body, Gly-His-Lys-Copper(II), has the blue form of copper. Scientific references to this work are at www.skinbiology.com/copperpeptideregeneration.html.
If you further wonder about these very different claims, we suggest you send an email to the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov/ and ask them about the statements on Value Vision.
I have an observation... About 2 months ago I ordered the Copper Peptide serum, and have been using it every night after I shower. The excess from applying it gets mixed with lotion and applied (initially) to my upper torso. My fiance, co-workers and friends have remarked on several occasions about the expansion of my chest, which I ignored until I had to replace bras as they no longer fit.
This all occurred purely by accident. The only change to my routine was the addition of the serum. I am 33 and not pregnant. I realize that I'm an isolated case, but perhaps clinical testing is in order? Anyway, for what it's worth, copper peptide serum might be useful for more than just the face - and then you guys could make a fortune - all natural, topical, no side effects. Good luck.
I have been featured in many magazines, but it always bothered me that my images needed to be airbrushed on account of my active akin. My photos always revealed a pimple or a red spot where a pimple had been. To make a long story short, after I started using your product my skin has never looked so clear and pretty.
I'm very excited to actually be using something that makes a difference.
My skin is glowing, smooth, and even toned.
I actually look forward to getting up in the morning and looking in
the mirror at my clear skin ...whereas before it was always a battle of
popping pimples or covering up blemishes before leaving the house.
I say these things with much experience, because I have spent countless
dollars on skin products and spa treatments.
I have used everything including: antibiotics, Murad, ProActiv, Perricone,
Peter Thomas Roth, Differin, Cetaphil, NeoStrata, Sothys, etc... Nothing
has single handedly made a different like your CP serum.
Now, my images do not require airbrushing to look great.
Thanks!

I am wondering if this is the best method for pitted/ice pick scars on the nose area? I have several. Also, I have a large scar below my eye, is this the best method again? How does the CP serum affect age spots? My skin is very oily but has cut down a lot with the daily intake of 1g/day of B5. I am a 36 yr old female living in Canada.

Skin
Biology - Exfol Serum and CP Serum often work well on pitted, ice pick
scars because they easily reach the depressed scars. They also work on
other scars and age spots. CP Serum tends to cut down on skin oil.

Could you just verify for me when I should use each product and if it's okay to layer? It seems using the CP Serum and Exfol Serum with the TriReduction would be redundant, but I would like to know your opinion.
Your products have given me results I have never seen. I've tried it all! CP Serum is a fantastic product, it is the first product that I truly see working, and I have tried just about every face cream and lotion on the market!
Many thanks to Dr. Pickart, hope this product will always be available!
It is invaluable to be able to afford quality skincare on an on-going basis. Its a tough world out there. Having good skin has an incredible impact on my life, confidence, energy and all that I want to do and am able to do when I can "face the day". Thank you!
Also really glad to know there is a product out there that diabetes, eczema and HIV sufferers can use.

Ever since using the two products (CP Serum and Exfol Serum) together however, I've noticed my skin looks clearer, with the discolored spots less noticeable, and breakouts have reduced considerably.

By the way, I must tell you that I LOVE your products! I have the copper serum and a sample of the #9 cream and this is the first time since I have been using Retin-A that my skin has completely stopped peeling! I finally have smooth soft clear skin and have just ordered your P&R cream and glycolic-8. Thanks so much!

Then I used CP Serum covered by emu oil. I broke out the first two days, then my skin cleared up. My skin looks good and is no longer irritated.
Also I used to breakout when using AHAs but have no problems with glycolic 8.

I've been using your CP Serum for the past few weeks and want you to know that I'm getting very good results. My skin is so much clearer and smoother. I have not had a bad breakout since I've been using it. I've also been using it on my chest and neck area and the texture is so much better and I really think the skin tags are diminishing.
Thanks so much for your help!

"It Worked for Me"
Name: Joy Dawson, Wichita.
Personal: 75, single, middle school substitute teacher.
Problem: Eczema (a painful skin inflammation) on her index fingers and thumbs.
What she did: tried a Copper-Peptide lotion (CP Serum) meant to be a skin care product, after reading a newspaper story about non-surgical ways to reduce wrinkles.
She had unsuccessfully tried lotions and salves from her dermatologist and was wearing gloves on her hands at night at the suggestion of her son who is a doctor.
How she did it: Dawson's hands were so affected that "there would be cracks and splits, and they'd be bleeding."
The story about Copper-Peptide creams mentioned that the creams were originally developed for burn victims and diabetics whose wounds wouldn't heal. Dawson has type 2 diabetes, which often can be controlled with diet and medication rather than insulin.
Small studies had shown that skin treated with Copper-Peptides had less pigmentation, reduced wrinkling, and held more moisture.
Dawson had tried alternative medicine in the past and wasn't finding relief from other sources, so she didn't have to think long about trying the Copper-Peptide lotion, which she ordered from the Internet.
Dermatologists' offices sell Copper-Peptide products; they are also available over the Internet through companies including SkinBiology and Neova.
She
hasn't tried the lotion on her face: She jokes that she's too old for it
to do much good.

Just a note about the great results from the CP Serum - it suits my combination skin perfectly! Thank you for making this no-frills version. Also enjoying P&R Classic, because of the much-reduced fragrance, and the TriReduction without retinol.

I purchased a sample size (of CP Serum) and have been using it for a month now and it is really effective. I use the serum every 3rd day (I use my AHA/BHA products for 2 days and then I use CP Serum by itself on the 3rd) and my skin is clearer, has a healthy "glow" that I had not achieved with other products before. The best part is that reddish acne marks I have from acne scars fade MUCH more quickly than I have seen before.
I really like the serum because it is so light and absorbs into my skin with no oiliness or residue. I feel like I am putting on pure ingredients on my skin, no fillers.
Thank you for this terrific product.

Thank you so much for your products. I LOVE THEM. My skin never looked or felt better!

I just wanted to provide you with an update on my continued daily use of the CP Serum. I am experiencing, what I categorize as, cumulative results in the ongoing application of this amazing serum. The skin of my face, neck and chest area, in a word, look fabulous - luminous, radiant, and healthy! I am still astounded by the integrity/quality of this product, it is THE BEST on the market bar none.
In addition, the price and quantity we receive as consumers is amazing, a little goes a long way, it feels cosmetically elegant on the skin, it is quickly absorbed into the skin, there are no contraindications/irritations when applying my Cellex C B12 moisturizer over it (if I am not applying the Emu Oil over it).
This is truly a phenomenal product, cutting edge patented technology, it is completely bioavailable to the largest organ of the body - our skin, at an unprecedented price, doesn't quickly loose it's efficacy like other products, and above all - IT WORKS!!!! It feeds and nourishes our skin.
Thank you again for making this available to the general public - I can't live without my CP Serum.
What else have you got brewing over there? I'm sure we'll know soon enough. Continued success in your research and development of anti-aging and age reversing products.
All my best,

Biology - Yes, you can use it as a make-up base.
I am presently using your CP Serum and am thrilled with the results! I have acne prone skin and this has helped greatly. I have not had any new eruptions and my face is clear. I use the serum with Retin-A and also with MD Forte II cream at night alternately with ProActiv Benzoyl Peroxide wash/lotion, ProActiv mild glycolic toner and CP serum in the morning. I have many dark spots on my skin from old blemishes and I feel that they are fading.

Skin
Biology - Yes, you can use a BHA with CP Serum. Either use the BHA first
or use the two products at different times of day.
My questions are 1) Are these changes simply due to a reformulation in the Serum? and 2) Is it necessary to shake the Serum to redistribute the settlement?
Sincerely,
M @yahoo.com
Skin Biology - We are constantly changing the products for slight improvements. .......The residue is the thickening agent and can be ignored. The serum works better with an excess of the agent but it will form a precipitate. Sort of like good wine has a residue and cheap wine is clear.
Thank you for your quick reply. I can appreciate the good wine, bad wine analogy.
As I see it, improving the smell is not necessarily a good thing. You see, many women did not like the smell and thus were not using the product. Only those of us who really wanted to use the CP Serum without any fragrance would use it and therefore have better looking skin. With the improved smell to the product, more people will use the Serum and thus it will be harder to look better and younger than my peers. Similar to the theory if you want to look thin, just fatten up every one around you.
Seriously, this is a wonderful product and one of the very few products that I have used on my face that exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making this product!
Sincerely,
M @yahoo.com
What I have noticed overall, is that my skin appears to look more luminous. I do use Renova, and have found using the CP Serum and Emu Oil on alternate days to be extremely healing. I have used the NEOVA products and like them very much. But I will tell you that knowing that you have made a more powerful version of your original Copper-Peptide cream that I am able to purchase in a serum and at such a savings is fabulous. Greater potency and more bang for your buck - who wouldn't love that.
I thank you for providing us all with such wonderful products that are clearly as effective as you say and as I had hoped. I will continue to use them and I recommend them to all those I believe would benefit from such cutting edge technology - namely - everyone! Keep the great stuff coming!
All my best,
O.F., Massachusetts
Right off the bat I want to tell you how much I LOVE the CP Serum.
I'm going around like a nut with little vials for ladies to try. Right now, I only use the CP serum at night with La Mer over it.
Sincerely,

I have been using the products in your sample pack for about three weeks now, and am very pleased with the results. Although I'm not quite sure which I like best. I know I love the CP Serum though.
J @frontier.net
Hello,
I've been using and loving the new serum. (The creams caused breakouts for me...incuding the 'daywear').
I've had such a time, finding a S.S. that won't break me out. The Serum doesn't and I would love to be able to use this in the S.S.'s stead.
